Description of rental facilities

Rental Suite

* One rental suite of 1-bedroom/1-bathroom.  Air conditioned.  Has adjoining kitchenette area equipped with microwave, refrigerator, single burner "hot plate", coffee percolator, cooking utensils, dishes, flatware, linens and towels.  Accommodates up to 2 people in 2 single beds.

Apartment

* One 2-bedroom/2-bathroom apartment, fully furnished/equipped with air conditioning, Direct TV, DVD, VCR, stereo, microwave, refrigerator, stove, coffee percolator, blender, cooking utensils, dishes, flatware, linens and towels.  Accommodates up to 5 people in a standard full-sized bed plus 3 single beds.

Both the Rental Suite and the Apartment open onto 2500 square foot covered patio (social area) where hammocks, coolers, bar area and BBQ grill are available for guest use.

Bohio/Cottage

* One 2-bedroom/1-bathroom, thatched roof bohio, fully furnished.

Open air kitchen is equipped with microwave, refrigerator, stove, coffee percolator, blender, cooking utensils, dishes, flatware. 
Accommodates 4 + in queen sized bed, 2 single beds, and hammocks.  Bohio is located 100 yards from Villa.  A foot path connects the two.  This is a unique rental experience.

Guests have 3 rental options;

1. As a "bareboat" vacation rental - lodging only;  guest is responsible for meals, cleaning, transportation, and outings.
2. As a "bed & breakfast PLUS" - includes lodging PLUS breakfast AND DINNER daily, but guest is responsible for cleaning, transportation and outings.
3. As an "all-inclusive ecotour" - includes lodging, all meals daily (B,L,D), airport pickup/return, domestic transportation, guide services for ecotour itinerary, national park fees, maid and laundry services.

Our ecotours seek to educate guests on the history, culture and environment of Panama, provide memorable experiences, and contribute to the economy and well-being of local peoples without negatively impacting the local environment.

Our guide services are limited to small groups so as to leave the smallest environmental footprint possible.
